After completing his studies in Management Logistics in France, Michalis worked for 7 years in the food industry. He recognized a gap in the Cyprus fish market, which he found to be lacking in terms of both quantity and quality of fish, and this gave him the idea to return to Cyprus and fill this gap by distributing a large variety of good quality fish to local companies. He started Maxifoods in 2001 and has been running the company ever since.
A Marketing graduate from Canada, Pambos spent much of his time working abroad as well as with other local Cypriot companies. He joined Maxifoods in January 2013 and has since overseen the company’s complex operations, from orders and sales to overall organization, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and quality remains impeccable every time.
