Our collection of frozen fish fillets are flash frozen at -40 degrees Celsius as
soon as they are caught in order to preserve taste and freshness. Special
refrigeration is used during shipping, thus ensuring freshness of flavour
upon arrival. Our frozen fish fillets range includes varieties of dover fillets,
sole fillets, cod fillets, sushi tuna fillet and salmon fillets.
At Maxifoods we use Glacier Vehicles - Refrigerated Vehicles with fridge temperatures of 2-5°C and freezers -18°C.
Depending on the quantity of the product, our company uses boxes of 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 20kg to store the products. Once the box size is selected, we store portions of the product in smaller bags.
